Otis Spunkmeyer is a National Sponsor for Susan G. Komen.  They do fundraisers nationwide for the organization and annually donate $100,000.  The Otis Spunkmeyer local representative will do all the work in setting up the fundraisier, supplying all necessary materials and handling the delivery.  If interested in raising funds for our local Mid-Missouri Affiliate of Susan G. Bowl for the Cure® is an initiative organized by the United States Bowling Congress (USBC) through The Bowling Foundation. USBC's bowling leagues designate one league session of their choice each season as a Bowl for the Cure® event.

February is Bowl for the Cure® month, which is a popular time for USBC leagues across the nation to organize their Bowl for the Cure® events. Bowlers can designate one league night to donate a specific amount, such as a nickel per pin, or stage pledge nights, raffles and auctions. Local bowling associations also are encouraged to team up with Komen Affiliates to conduct a Bowl for the Cure® event for the entire community in their service area. Since the program's inception in 2000, Bowl for the Cure® has raised close to $8 million for Komen for the Cure while raising bowlers' awareness about breast cancer screening, treatment and support.
