 *Our office is located within the Community United Methodist Church building, just past HyVee and Wal-Mart on W.Broadway.  Turn off of W. Broadway into the West Parking lot of the church.  Our office is located in the Southwest corner of the building.

The Susan G. Komen for the Cure ("Komen") Code of Conduct ("Code") requires directors, officers, employees and volunteers to observe high standards of business and personal ethics in the conduct of their duties and responsibilities in pursuit of Komen’s mission. As representatives of the Komen organization, we must practice honesty and integrity in fulfilling our responsibilities and comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

Komen encourages concerned individuals to report any improper conduct by Komen, its Affiliates or their respective directors, officers, employees or volunteers.
